Just think, you have been in this position for over ten years, your comfortable in your position, your supervisor is complimenting on your performance giving you raises as needed. Time comes for your supervisor decides to retire, your the next in line, waiting impatient ally, nothing is said to you concerning this open position. You apply, still nothing. All of a sutton a new sup appears with a degree, do not know anything about the job, you have to train. Now you do not have a degree but you know any and everything about this position. The question is, do you accept settle in or something more drastic.
