NIGGER- a black man with a slavery chain around his neck.
NIGGA- a black man with a gold chain on his neck.
Nigger, nigga is it really appropriate? Should we use these words openly and freely? Should these words be used in different ethnicities? Is it a label for one ethnic group? mmhm.
There are many people like myself that don't believe that a certain group of people should be titled by this term. Therefore, the definition of these words is way off mark and should be updated and brought out of the past. Don't get me wrong, the past should not be forgotten but learned from. It should be instilled, taught and remembered in entirety.
You know some words are said and things happen that just can't be shaken. Not that its a bad thing, but in difference, it not so bad. People that use these terms are confused and mean, yet others are just adjusting to a lifelong of hate and are just finding a way to deal. So the saying goes 'say what you mean and mean what you say.'
YES, first of all the definitions should be updated fast, quick and in a hurry. Although our heritage, our past, meaning black people, as the definition so easily labels, should not be forgotten. But, the word Nigger, Nigga have so many meaning such as ignorant, stupid or just another person in pasting with no harm intended. So yes, any and everybody, whether in greeting or in harm should be subjected to these terms. Not to be contradicting, the words should be removed from our dictionary, as well as our vocabulary but since its apart of our past and instilled in our minds. Lets not limit it to one group of people because clearly any and every person is subjected to the word Nigger or Nigga.
Is there a certain time and place to use the N word? Yes and No. Since these words have been instilled in our minds since slavery and forward I don't believe there is a way of containing it. We should just be considerate of other peoples feelings and learn how to use the word; or if offended learn how not to use it.

I think these words should be removed far from our minds, but not from our history. The meanings are there just our current use of them shouldn't be. #ne&ace
